When trying out a new Essential Oil perform a ‘Patch Test’ to determine how your skin is reacts to it.
Simple steps for conducting a Patch Test
- Clean the area behind of the ears with water
- Pat dry
- Rub a few drops of diluted essential oil into a small patch behind your ears
- Leave it for 12 hours
If the skin patch is red, itchy, blistering, or swollen, you have had an adverse reaction to the oil and should discontinue use.

Original Jasmine oil I can vouch for it. Only the original oil has the healing aroma. Today I had coffee after a long time I get migraines if I drink very strong coffee. This was cold brew. I was suffering then I remember I had got this oil last year. I sniffed it put a few drops on my temples and in the middle of my head and my headache was gone almost instantly.
I used to use a different brand Jasmine oil before. Which also worked for me for years when I was a regular coffee drinker. But Kaivalyam is cheaper but same quality.
