- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments
Volumetric weight is calculated as below:
“Volumetric Weight (kg) = L*B*H (Length x Breadth x Height)/5000 where LBH are in cm”
- Shipping is free on all orders. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs.50 COD charge for your order. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description and price.
- All orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days. Our courier partner does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays in their assured delivery time. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
- Once your order has been dispatched/shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, details of the same will be uploaded on our website. Tracking information is available within your account.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, you’ll be called twice at different times – if phone is not picked up/ no call back from your side on the same day/ phone is out of reach, then it would be returned to the origin. You can also suggest an alternate name to sign on your behalf i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Kaivalyam Body and Soul takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

- Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order.
